Happy Opening to Caitlin Hayes!

Happy opening night to Caitlin Hayes, CapU Theatre faculty member and department accompanist!! Caitlin is Musical Director Vancouver’s Arts Club Theatre’s production of Little Shop of Horrors, opening tonight at the Stanley Theatre. This is Caitlin’s first time Music Directing for the Arts Club and we’re thrilled for her. We know they’re in good hands!

Caitlin is an accomplished musician, accompanist, music director and performer who has worked across the country. In addition to music directing and instructing at CapU Theatre, she is also the accompanist with the Vancouver Youth Choir and has music directed with The Gateway Theatre, Align Entertainment and Fighting Chance Productions. (You may have also seen Caitlin in the spring of 2022 on the game show Jeopardy. That’s right, the actual Jeopardy!)

Several CapU Theatre grads are also part of this production, which runs until October 7: Synthia Yusuf is playing Audrey, Ali Watson plays Crystal, Madeleine Suddaby plays the Voice of Audrey II & Mrs. Luce, Victor Hunter features in the Ensemble, and Stephanie Barclay is Assistant Stage Manager.
